New Design, New Catch Phrase!

This  weekend  I worked on  cleaning up the blog a bit. As much as I like the notebook template  for some reason I just  felt that I needed a fresh  look here and I do hope you like the new template I have going on in my blog. I am the type that likes pastel looking colors and I  actually love flowers too and the color pink hence I  decided to  go with this three  column  blog template.  I moved a  bit of things around on there but I actually felt it was more brighter and cleaner and a bit more organized. It seems easier to work with too. The template did take out my Facebook comments section but I also felt that facebook comment thing was giving  it an issue and it wasn't as active so  I am not adding it it back on . However,with the new look I think this has a better flower to it and I love the gal on there, this would be  represent me in a way which is why I picked this layout. I know its a bit girlie but I am the girlie type as well since I pretty much a kid at heart and likes all sorts of cute stuff especially stuff animals. :)

100 Sales Milestone!

I am excited my shop on Etsy has  reached the 100 sales sooner than I thought.  My initial plan was to give  my shop 1 year  to make this mark  because I wasn't sure  how it would do.  Not to mention, I was thinking that 1 year would be sufficient enough for me to see if I had anything special there. So its a real big celebration for me to see that this past weekend I  had  made it.  I didn't start putting any items up until May  to be honest and I remember  me making my first sale  that week as soon as I put it up! So that was a surprise to me as I  was so new to Etsy and I didn't  know how things worked on there like  I do now.

Candle Magic Tip #1 Cleanse Your Space

 Time  for a new tip on Candle magic.  Usually I would tell you to  burn the candles the way that  you  want to when you purchase at my store but I  started to realize I need to be a bit more clear  with my directions. Just because  I know how to cast it doesn't doesn't mean everyone does.  We can always  light the candle  and  perform  our magic any time.  Just be sure you pay attention in terms  what to light first.  So my first tip today is:  Cleanse your space. That is right! Cleansing should be one of the things you should do more with your home. Whether  you are  lighting the sage and  blowing around the home  or  even  lighting my cleansing candles ( heck do both for greater effect)  you can really get more positive energy flowing into your own own space.

Treat Box Time

Sorry I have been busy getting  things sorted!  I haven't had the chance to  update but now that I things back on track again , I can  get back on  here! Anyways, I wanted  to tell everyone I had a nice surprise  from out of the box sampler again.  This month they had a Death by Chocolate  box which was  all  containing  food samples. Since   I donated 100 samples for the month of March, Michelle was kind enough to give me these goodies as an exchange for my generous  donation. this time I made sure I look pictures  of everything  before  I actually started eating anything out of here!
