March Giveaway!

Hello Everyone!
  It's that time to do another  giveaway for my shop Joie Joelle.  There will be  two winners once again.  For first  place $20 and  second place  $10 gift certificates.  Giveaway is world wide as I do  ship internationally.
Keep in mind of the following before you enter:




1.  Gift Certificates go towards anything  at my shop on ETSY.  You must make an account on ETSY to be able to use the certificate.

2.  Winner is  responsible for shipping costs. The amount  on the  certificate is  towards the items in my store. You may not used any left over amount  towards  shipping  charges.

3.  Gift Certificate is a one time use only. There is an expiration date on  the certificate so if its not redeemable after the expired date.

4.  Invoices are made through Paypal Only. Please make sure you have Paypal.

5.  Not Cash Redeemable... all instructions are on the  Gift Certificate

6. Invalid  entries will be deleted. Please  play fair as I will check all entries  before picking  a random winner.   Make sure you fill  in  the  correct information required for your points. Otherwise,  your entries will be invalid for the drawing.

7. Winners  must  respond to my email  within  24 hours of the time of the email I sent to claim their prize. If  winners do not respond within that time frame, then I will need to choose another winner.
