Get Something Positive For Yourself!

Yes, you heard me! Get Something positive for yourself, something that  will keep  reminding  you to stay positive no matter  how hard or  long that road may be to reach your goals.  Do you know what  can make you smile  every time you  look at it?   Well,  I am here to tell you  a little discovery I made last month.   I am a huge fan of stuff animals especially bears and well I grown found of the small amount of care bears I have with me but each Care Bear  has a purpose in my life.  May be its the energy that my guides put into my  bears.  I am not sure why  but I can tell difference of  each stuff  animal I hold.  I know the difference in  energy and what the purpose is. May be I just weird that way but I find it helps me be who I am  which is what matters the most to me.

So last month, I brought a  Funshine Care bear.  This was due to my guide Christopher as he felt it would be a positive influence for me to have this bear around.  Now of all the Care Bears,  I want  he wont get me Good Luck Bear yet... as odd as that sounds, its because he says its not time for that care bear plus I don't need a Good Luck bear  when I have plenty of luck all around me already. What I do need is a positive bear!  That  is what he told me before I even brought this stuff animal. As crazy as that sounded,  when I look back  Chris was right again with Funshine Bear.

I  have found having Funshine bear keeps me more  positive every day. Maybe its the Sun on the tummy every time I look at it as it reminds me to keep positive each day. This bear has really  lighten me up  to see that there is something always positive all I have to do is take notice of it. I always talk to this bear now! Each night I tell the bear what went positive for me! I practice positive thoughts and expressions with it. I tell  the bear what I did  today, how productive I was and how grateful I am to be  alive every day.  Chris also  plays with the bear with me . Even when I have my down moments, Chris manages to to cheer me up with the bear and  send the message to stay positive.  It has definitely made me feel better about myself. I also realize I have come a long way  on my own. Funshine bear gives me a kind reminder to give myself more credit each day and to say hey I can do it!  Does that sound weird? Perhaps  it felt weird to have this bear at the  beginning but  now I find it more precious to have this bear around me all the time. And Yes, I sleep with it every night because I have noticed I am even more sunny the next morning.

So I ask you to try something for yourself. Get something that helps  you stay positive. We are human, and we will have our up and down moments. Find something that you can relate to that will cheer you up so the day isnt as bad as it started out. Or  if its a great day let it continue to brighten  you up!  So tell me, what makes you positive??  Do you have something that  you can look at  each time you are  not not in your best mood? If so, what is it?? It does make a world of a difference! :)

  1. I like Funshine Bear! Another way to stay positive is to write positive quotes/sayings on post-it notes and post them in different parts of the house. Fun stuff. =0)
